Is my dieting ok or should I change/stop some things?
I'm doing this diet well, I call it a diet and basically it's a water diet. Everyday I drink 10 bottles of water 16 20 FL. OZ bottles or more everyday eat very little try to eat about 1200 calories, maybe not very little but I do very little exercise VERY little, just alittle dancing around the house and running up and down the stairs several times . With this diet, I'm having to go to the bathroom a lot like every 10 minutes, literally And it's clear now and doing mainly number 1 than number 2 if you know what I mean... . One of my friends, thinks its really unhealthy how many times I'm running back and forth to the restroom but I'm desperate to lose weight I'm 30 lbs over weight, I'm alittle concerned . Do you think my dieting is healthy or unhealthy? Should I stop?

Late night snacking killing my diet?
So from the morning up to around 8 or 9, i can control myself from snacking very easily, but whenever it's around the time everyone else sleeps and i can't, i start pondering and looking for something eat, and end up making the worst health choices which end up ruining my diet.. i can't block junk food from my house, because i'm the only one dieting.. any ideas on how i can raise my 'self control' or any ideas why this is happening at all?... and why only at night?
Help i need a good diet once and for all,?
the meal thing doesnt work i beleive. I am joining a gym within a month or two but want to loose weight by dieting first,, can im substitue meals with protein shakes,, and est fruits and vegys.. and loose weight,,i like to snack and eat late,,, even if its nutritious, im interested in a shake to sub meals with for a bit,, any thoughts or recommendations? thanks
This week ive been on a diet and i have lost over 3% body fat and somewhere between 5-6 pounds in a week?
idk...it seems a little odd.currently im overweight at 233 pounds as of now i was 239 at the beginning of the week....im 6'5 and all this week i havent really been " dieting" but ive been watching what i eat and counting calories. i didnt have a set number but everyday when i would go back to my food jrnal and calculate everything as well as subtracting my excercise at the gym i found that i would end up between 990 calories one day, 1012 calories another, 1209 calories another, 1551 calories another and so on. i would always get calories between 900 to 1500 and yeah. im just wondering if i should up the calories and if i lost this too quickly.
