How can i flatten my stomach without using acai berry?
ok. im not overweight, my stomach is really round though. i dont want to use acai berry because im only 12. i need alot of help like what i should be eating what exercises i should do and more.

hii i'm an average teen, and feel overweight. isn't that casual thing to say, average meaning 13, periodless, 5'3 in a half, size 1 in jeans, small size in juniors and weigh 97 110. CRAZY FLUCUATION I'm not nessarily the skinniest girl around,but out of my group of friends, i'm usually called skin and bones, and told to put some meat on my skin. although knowing mothers, they always say stop eating that, you'll get fat which in my mother's mind she calls me fat. which im starting to believe. here's some pictures of my HUGE tummy. whiich only weighs 97 110? ?s907.photobucket.com albums ac274 hihelloalex ?action view& current CIMG4870.jpgs907.photobucket.com albums ac274 hihelloalex ?action view& current CIMG4871.jpgs907.photobucket.com albums ac274 hihelloalex ?action view& current CIMG4872.jpgand theres another one, but it's excatly alike the last one up their .so like my belly is flabby,soft,and has about 2 and a half inches onto it from the front mesuring with a ruler, from the bone of your stomach, to the top of you tummy. my mom said after 1 inch, your getting chunky. we have 40 minute class periods of P.E each day, and thats all my physical activity i get for now. i eat pretty healthy, greens fruits, ocassiinial meat. but some days i feel so hungry i just eat plain junkfood allll day ugh. i feel so fat, and chunky,layeriish, heavy, and just plain disquisting some help to make mee feel better, and to lose some body fat

Im trying this diet and wondering if anyone else has and what results they got. Also what you experienced and when through the diet. I have been taking the acai pills for a week now and the skinny ade drink mix for three days on my fourth day and havent seen any weight loss results. However I do feel that I have allot more energy and feel healthier and more alive. My skin and eyes look allot better too. Any feedback would be great.
