Question: Ever eaten the acai berry ?

I went to GMC to buy it because I have heard that it help you lose weight. When I was there the woman told me I had to buy the pill/ juice WITH a cleanser or suplument. I was wondering if you really need the suplument to lose the weight. Could I just buy the acai berry & lose weight ?? Also, is there a certain age limit to eat this berry? And does it REALLY work?? How much did you lose & how long did it take? What ever information you have on this berry please share =] ! Thanks !

It's a ridiculous waste of money. Eat well and exercise well. Many things are healthy, it just makes businesses smile when they say - "Hey, we know better than doctors and trainers and professionals - we know the secret. But it'll cost you lots of money. " It doesn't have magical properties, which many people seem to think it has. It's just something that's harder to get hold of than an apple, and people don't really know what it does, so sellers play on people's desire to lose weight. Gullible, much?
