My buddy wants to take pills to help lose 10 to 20 lbs what are the long term effects and how do they really work in the body? He does excersize 4 to 5 x a week cardio and weights. When he loses the weight will he be wanting to eat more when he gets to his goal. He did this once where he lost 10 and then gained 15. I just want to know will diet pills really help.
