Please help me with my diet plan...?
Hey there people I'm 13 years old.I am 5 feet and 1 inch tallMy weight is 110lbsQ Do you think that is fat?So I'm 13 going 14 this september. I cannot stop eating, I just love eating. My teacher said you get hungrier faster when you always think, and guess what... I ALWAYS THINK THINGS OUT LoL I think that's why I can't stop eating. Can you give me some tips and guides on how I can lessen my eating habits and can you please give me some ideas about diet plans where in I could lose few pounds and lose some fats but my stamina won't get weaker. I just need a healthy diet plan that could make me lose some fats.That's All Thank you and God Bless
What is a good diet plan for someone like me?
I'm 16, I weigh about 175 and I'm 5'5" . I know that I'm " only supposed to lose one pound a week," but I really want to lose weight as fast as possible. I'm not really able to go out and buy all these fancy foods to cook, so I need a plan that's more realistic and obviously easy. I don't have nor can I get a gym membership or gym equipment, but I do have parks and trails all around. I greatly appreciate anyone that can help me, and I prefer someone who actually knows what they're talking about to help me. Thanks.

I would like a low cost specific diet plan to loose weight quickly (Specifically stomach)?
My goal has been to loose 5 pounds a month this year. However this month I weighed in 4 pounds heavier. I cut caffeine out of my diet, I try to drink water and water based drinks because i find plain water hard to drink. I have been eating progresso light soup, and salads with no dressing just cheese and or bacon bits. I try to eat some whole grain toast in the morning. I also fast walk on the treadmill almost daily. I am looking for a daily diet menu to help me loose the weight I need to.

My plan Breakfast A remedy of a cup of warm water with a tspn of honey and 1 of lemonjuice, a few nuts and an apple.Lunch A half a sandwich, a type of veggie, a type of fruitSnack it depends but nothing junkyDinner it depends but small portions and no junk food.No dessert.I will drink at least 3 bottles of water during the day and drink my remedy again at night.I will drink unsweetened greentea when I want a snack.I am 13 and want to lose 50 lbs by the end of summer PREFERRABLY by the start but I can do it til the end. Will this work????? Thanks Oh and dinner will include vegetable and I will also be eating acai berries. NOT THE PILL The actual berry Not gonna take some crappy supplement. Thanks.
Diet plan that is easy to follow?
i want to lose some weight because my doctor says that my BMI is a little high. im only 13 years old so i know i shouldnt be 'crash dieting' which im not. i just want to trim off some fat.so i already have some exercises that i can do, but i need a meal plan? like one that has a lunch that i can pack and bring to school? so it cant be like grilled fish or chunk tuna or stuff you would NOT want sitting in your locker for 5 hours. so if you could list stuff that i should eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner and even snacks, that would be awesome thanks so much,

Hi im 13 4 8' and 160 pounds i know im overweight but ive been on a diet for 3 weeks so far ,and lost 8 pounds. Here is what i usally eat everyday diet plan Breakfast 1 pack of oatmeal and 1 apple or banana Lunch 1 peanut butter jelly sandwich on wheat bread with 1 bottle of water and a quaker low fat granola bar Dinner some sort of chicken or poultry usually grilled chicken with green Vally broccoli and cheese 45 cals. per 1 2 cup. I go on the treadmill for 30min 1 hour 3 4 times a week Any suggestions on a better diet my family is on a tight budget so we currently don't have alot of money . please help me no rude comment THANK YOU
