Okay so i dont know how 2 eat ''right'' some days i eat alot of fatty foods and some days i eat once a day like a sandwhich.. Can someone please tell me a good diet plan so i can lose 10 15lbs by april? i really need a diet plan,i do cardio and eat once a day and i do not lose weight
What are good diet plans?
I'm 5'2 and i weight 140. I was told i was over weight and I don't like being this size. I used to weight 105 but it seems like i can't go back down since i gained those pounds. I want to be able to loose weight my the summer time and look good like i used to in a swimsuit. Please help guys and gals. I go to the gym about 4 or 5 times a week. I eat pretty healthy and i try to stay away from sweets but chocolate is a must even though i don't eat it that much.

hi guys i was wondering if someone could help me out, i am looking for a 2 week weight loss diet plan, i want this diet plan to contain the food which i should eat from day 1 till day 14. it doesn't have to be necessary that it has to be a 2 week diet plan, it could even be 1 week.from an exercise point of view, i have everything planned out, i currently loose burn 360 calories through exercise a day and consume around 1900. i do not feel that my diet is correct as I'm not getting good results. I'm hoping to see a diet which guide me to consume around 800 calories to 1,300 calories a day. thanks guys' best answer gets 10 points D
Is 1180 calories a day a bad diet plan?
Im dieting because i need to loose weight desperately.. i added up all the calories i ate today and its 1180, i was at the weight room and did 30Min's on the elliptical and did some weights, and after dinner i all ways walk on the treadmill for 30Min's and usually burn at least 130 calories, Do you think ill loose weight?Oh and at the weight room i burned 230 calories.

I am currently doing the P90X abdominal workout plan along with an extensive upper body workout at my local gym. Currently though I do not have any sort of diet plan to follow that will help me " fill out" become more healthy etc. Can someone find me a diet plan that plots out Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, snacks etc. and can it be a reasonable plan i.e. no exotic or crazy foods, just stuff you can buy at your local grocery store

I heard it was supposed to help diets??For exercise, this is basically my schedule.I have an hour and a half of jazz dance every other school day, and on Tuesdays I have an hour of jazz at night and on Thursdays I have an hour and 15 minutes of ballet, both outside of school.For days such as on the weekends, I will do some sort of exercises, for example, I will do a song of pushups, a song of situps, jumping jacks and what is a good exercise to burn fat on LEGS? No running The closest thing I will do to running Is a treadmill.And lastly, I'm going to track calories on my iPod Touch application and the max will be approximately 1,200 calories.Oh and one more thing. I plan to drink at least 3 16 oz bottles of water and a cup of unsweetened all natural green tea a day.If I missed anything, please tell me. Do not direct me to a different site please, just tell me WHAT I need to fix and HOW to fix it. I want to lose 40 lbs by the end of summer at the LATEST

Will i gain weight doing this or loose weight?I weigh 134 pounds and i'm 5'4. I started taking Lipo 6 black, L carnitine, and CLA.Heres my diet plan...When I wake up I take 3 Lipo 6 Black pills like the bottle says.Then I wait a half hour and have 2 scoops of protein in a shake and I put 2 bananas in the shake. The brand is Syntha 6. Each scoop has 200 calories and 6 grams of fat and 22 grams of protein. So a total of 400 calories plus the 2 bananas for breakfast. While i have that i take 2 CLA pills, that are said to eat with a meal.I take 3 more lipo 6 black pillsBefore lacrosse practice i eat a nature valley granola bar. those hard ones haha. and 2 more cla pillsThen i have lacrosse for 2 hours. We usually run more than a mile and practice. After that i have the protein shake again and 2 bananas.then after that i have 2 l carnitine pills and 2 more before bed.This is probably confusing if your not familiar with the pills CLA body composition and toning formulaLipo 6 black fat destroyer..L carnitine promotes energy and fat metabolism.Will i gain weight doing this? what should i adjust? i want to loose weight fast.
