So me and my neighbor have been dieting for about 2 and a half weeks. We work out on monday, wednesday, and friday!!! We have been working on her total gym, and I have been taking my lunch to work. Slim quick drink and 1 yogurt for breakfast, or for breakfast I eat a banana and a orange, carrots and celery for a snack, either a grilled chicken salad with very minimum ranch or a grilled chicken sandwich with onions lettuce and tomato's, 15 chips for a snack and then diner! What is wrong??? I am really trying to do right!!!

Everything take it from me as a teenage bodybuilder I eat 2400-3500calories a day and still am thin. What your doing is not going to work you need to focus on stripping the fat off your muscles. As a girl they are already small and if you dontbodybuilder they are even smaller heres what you need to do I can drop 20 pounds of fat by following this on a muchhigher calorie scale. First off you need to go to the gym 4 times a week and exercise start off with 60 min of walking everyday and 4 60 min sessions of weight training this is your workout Squat - 20 15 12 10 reps Dead lift 20 15 12 10 reps Lat pulldown 20 15 12 10 reps Cablerow 20 15 12 10reps Bench press 20 15 12 10 reps **** TALK TO YOUR DOCTOR BEFORE ANY EXERCISE OR DIET CHANGE!!! For Cardio you need 60 min every day You can -run -Walk -jumprope -mountain climbers or join a sport Now diet Eat between 1200-1800 calories Eat 40% pro 40% carb 20 % fat Here is aexample Meal 1 1 slice of holegrain bread 3 slices of turkey 200calories meal 2 2 oreos 1 egg meal 3 1 cup of kashi go lean ceral 200cal Eat 6-8 meals a day every 1.5-3 hours I kno what it was like before I changed my body trust me it is hard but soworth it

As crazy as it might sound, bananas, tomatoes, and carrots have a lot of carbs. When you eat something with a high sugar content, your body stops efficient fat burning for 2 days. A bit of advice, Slim quick doesnt work. It ruins your system in the long run. But if you diet right with it, it may make you lose a few pounds(literally) the whole time period of using it. What kind of chips are you eating? A good choice would be Quaker rice cakes in cheddar cheese. They taste very similar to cheetos. I have stuck to the diet and i lost 7 pounds in 5 days. So far ive lost 18 pounds in 3 weeks, and i dont even have much to lose(Im 13 and i only have about 30 pounds to go). I have barely excercised. I am on a specific diet and they have told us we don't have to exercise on this type of diet, it won't affect your weight loss much. Besides those few things that you have stated in your diet, you are doing pretty good. If you change such minor things, it makes a HUGE difference.
