Anyone have good recipes for those on a carbon-free diet?
I'm starting on a carbon free diet in February and need some recipes to make so I won't get bored with the same things. Anyone have recipes they recommend?
Has anyone lost weight and or had less bloating on a gluten free diet?
I think I have celiac so I started gluten free today. Might be tough but if I hear from others it works I will stick with it. Main symptoms are a big distended belly and inability to lose weight.

RA (Rheumatoid Arthritis) Gluten free diet?
I was diagnosed with RA in my early 20 s. After I had my son 23 , I developed psoriasis and that began my trip into the hell of trusting your doctors which I don t but I kind of do . I was and am continuously told that I will be in a wheelchair before I am 50. Most importantly I am now 35 and I have little or no pain due to the Arthritis. I do suffer from excessive swelling in my ankles. HUGE I am talking Cankles Steriods bring the swelling down, but that is obviously not a good solution. The problem is that no matter what I do I can t control it, I cannot sit, stand, or walk too much? $ % There is no definition as to what too much so that makes it really hard. I am not overweight by any normal standards maybe a little extra my first Rhematologist wanted me at 130 I am 5 7 and that has not been feasible since Jr. High. My family does have a history of psoriasis, but only myself and 1 cousin have the RA. Her problem is more psoriasis, and she has good results on the meds. The doctors have prescribed me Methotrexate, Enbrel, Nabumetone and ointments. They made me sick, or in some cases Enbrel violently ill. Nothing really works. The next choice is Remicade. I don t want to go there I can t see sitting in an office for 3 hours while they infuse me with poison to suppress my immune system is going to be any better than the last treatment. A couple of friends recommended a Gluten free diet. I don t want to give up my protien, however between the options .

Does gluten & wheat free diets get rid of phlegm.?
for a few months now I have been coughing up clear phlegm... It started getting worse with bigger chunks coming up and a constant feeling of phlegm in my throat with my nose feeling constantly stuffy. I always feel like I have to cough every 2 seconds and blow my nose. I had some kinesiology allergy tests done and it showed up that I was sensitive to wheat , dairy products & potatos. I was advised to go on a wheat & gluten free diet and cut out the dairy & potatos all together. I was just wondering if anyone else had a problem with phlegm and this sort of diet helped to shift it? Also in the morning my chest feels congested when I first wake up. I have mild asthma but the doctor's are persistant in saying that this is not asthma related. I have even been told to come off my inhalers by the asthma clinic but I cannot seem to manage it. Replies will be appreciated.p.s I have been to different doctors had 3 courses of antibiotics and it did not lift. The phlegm is clear so it is not an infection.

If I don't have a celiac disease, I don't need a gluten free diet?
I want to start 21 days cleanse diet which requires no gluten during this program, but I don't think I have a celiac disease.is it safe that doing gluten free diet even though I don't have a celiac disease? or in order to do cleanse diet, not matter what, I should not eat glueten?I am not doing this diet to lose weight. I am skinny enough. I just want to be healthier.
