What can you use to replace tree nuts in a healthy diet if you are allergic to them?
I have an allergy to tree nuts not peanuts as they are legumes . I know that having a good healthy diet is a must, and I try to have one at all times. However, every time I read about the " must haves" on healthy diets, they all list tree nuts as one of the items. I have major reactions to tree nuts that have only worsened as time has gone on. I used to be able to eat them, and I liked them, so this is not a situation of me not liking them. I would eat them all the time if I could, but I cannot.What would a good replacement be for tree nuts in a healthy diet?

MORNING Weetabix with slim milk , water , some fruit and little bottle of yogurt.LUNCH Tuna Snack pack in this it has tuna ofc with sweetcorn , rice , red kidney beans etc , Water, brown bread and fruit.DINNER Anything thats lean , 2 brown bread , Water , bake beans , broccoli and fruitAnd during the day i eat bit of nuts almond nuts
Will having a healthy diet with a little fatty foods cause you to not lose weight? Help Please?
I'm trying to lose my body fat and I mainly consist of 5 meals within of 250 280 Calories of high protein and complex carbs and daily cardio.. Though in my second meal I intake maybe 400 extra fatty sugar calories because I get tempted eat them lol.. cookies . I want to know if that is going to affect my fat loss or is would it maintain it even if I still burn more calories than i took in???

Hey I'm a 13 going on 14 year old who needs some advice on how to eat healthy and gain a little weight. I recently had my period about a year and a half ago, and since then drastically lost weight. Not a problem for most people but it obliterated my chance of getting a decent chest.. so now I'm trying to gain healthy weight that will still help me get a chest. Any advice would be awesome. Is this a healthy diet?
I'm 19. 5'8''. 125 lbs. I want to lose about 5 pounds and simply tone up my body. I don't think I have an ounce of muscle on my body, ha I started eating healthy and working out about 2 weeks ago. However, by bedtime I feel very fatigued and am beginning to wonder if I'm partially starving myself. I don't think I quite understand the process correctly.I've loaded up on healthy foods, and they're all I eat. And this results in me eating 3 meals and 2 snacks a day which end up to be between 1,000 1,200 calories a day. & about 30 35 % fat.I do at least 1 hour of cardio everyday & no more than 1 hour and 45 min daily . And I do some type of strength with that for at least 20 minutes a day no more than 45 minutes daily Ex ab workouts, pilates, lifting.Bottom line. Am I eating and working out in a way that will effectively help me lose weight and tone? Or am I not eating enough? If I'm not.. then what do I eat ? I'm on a healthy diet which fills me up but I have a feeling 1000 calories just isn't enough for my body I'm not exactly skinny. I know 125 sounds skinny for 5'8'' but the problem is that all the weight is fat in my thighs, butt, stomach, and arms . I don't have much muscle weight. So inevitably I wouldn't so much like to just lose the 5 pounds.. but replace 5 10 pounds of fat with muscle weight & just tone up.

Okay, because it's summer i MUST be toned up. I'm not totally fat, but definitely " curvy" as my friends say. But my diet is very poor, and i understand this but i don't know how to improve it or what to eat.For example Today i ate nothing for breakfast, tuna baguette, go ahead fruit bar,snacks ice cream, biscuits, and then crisps, and then lastly dinner Bread with spinach. Usually i do eat healthy but i can't be asked sometimes. How can i eat a healthy diet so i can lose weight?
i am 17 and i want to lose 15 20 pounds i have got the exercise part down but i don't eat that healthy, and when i diet i don't eat a lot which i know can be bad and can cause you to lose muscle and not fat.i eat so little that i end up binge eating on some days. i heard diet is 80 % of losing weight and exercise is the other 20 % so what do i eat, what do i avoid? should i count calories and fat? or just calories?

Is having a half a table spoon of peanut butter bad to a healthy diet?
I just half a table spoon since i'm vegetarian and i don't get much fat at all in my diet except from eggs and tuna but i don't eat tuna all the time and eggs not alot so i eat nuts just an ounce or table spoon of peanut butter once in awhile i eat dairy but fat free so is it bad to have alittle bit of peanut butter in a day like half a table spoon. I" m a very slim girl for 5'7 i just eat it for its nutrition vitamins and the little fat i can get from it.
