What is a safe healthy diet for Toy Breed dogs that help them gain weight?
We have 4 toy breed dogs but one is very picky finicky and does not eat much and you can feel her ribs. Under all her hair she is a little bag a bones and I'm very concerned. she weighs 5lbs and is 4 yrs. old. We either use Eukanuba or Science diet small pellet food...I even moisten it. I don't give canned food because it gives her diarrhea. Our vet did not seem concerned as long as she is eatting some food and drinking. He did many tests and blood work and x rays which were all normal. She is not gaining weight at all and feeling her ribs makes me feel as though she is not getting the nutrients needed to gain the weight. Overall she looks healthy but is very light and frail. Are there any safe foods diets or a toy breed formula that won't give diarrhea that I can offer her??

I'm 19. 5'8''. 125 lbs. I want to lose about 5 pounds and simply tone up my body. I don't think I have an ounce of muscle on my body, ha I started eating healthy and working out about 2 weeks ago. However, by bedtime I feel very fatigued and am beginning to wonder if I'm partially starving myself. I don't think I quite understand the process correctly.I've loaded up on healthy foods, and they're all I eat. And this results in me eating 3 meals and 2 snacks a day which end up to be between 1,000 1,200 calories a day. & about 30 35 % fat.I do at least 1 hour of cardio everyday & no more than 1 hour and 45 min daily . And I do some type of strength with that for at least 20 minutes a day no more than 45 minutes daily Ex ab workouts, pilates, lifting.Bottom line. Am I eating and working out in a way that will effectively help me lose weight and tone? Or am I not eating enough? If I'm not.. then what do I eat ? I'm on a healthy diet which fills me up but I have a feeling 1000 calories just isn't enough for my body I'm not exactly skinny. I know 125 sounds skinny for 5'8'' but the problem is that all the weight is fat in my thighs, butt, stomach, and arms . I don't have much muscle weight. So inevitably I wouldn't so much like to just lose the 5 pounds.. but replace 5 10 pounds of fat with muscle weight & just tone up.
Is it this a healthy diet and excersising regime?
In the morning when i wake up i do 10 mins of stomach excersises and 30 reps of tricep dips. I then have an Activia and a kiwi & a 500ml bottle of water. For lunch i have a cup of soup and an apple and another bottle of water , i then have a snack in the afternoon which is either a chopped up carrot or a piece of fruit. in the afternoon i do 30 mins of belly dancing I then for dinner usually have stir fry or a piece of fish or chicken with fresh veg and a bottle of water. then after dinner i do 30 min full body workout and 10 mins of boxercise and drink a bottle of water while excersising. I then sometimes in the evening have a healthy snack.So is this healthy?? I only started doing this 3 days ago , i currently weigh 10 stone and i am 16 years old and i am 5 ft 6 in height. So will i loose much weight doing this?? or should i excersise more and eat more healthy ?? thanks

Ok so this is whta i eatBreakfast Wheat bread with peanutbutter and sliced bananas. I'm trying to lose my body fat and I mainly consist of 5 meals within of 250 280 Calories of high protein and complex carbs and daily cardio.. Though in my second meal I intake maybe 400 extra fatty sugar calories because I get tempted eat them lol.. cookies . I want to know if that is going to affect my fat loss or is would it maintain it even if I still burn more calories than i took in???

OK, I'm not REALLY a body builder, but I like to play football, and work out a lot to prepare for football season, and to keep thin Breakfast A bowl of Special KLunch A spinach salad and an apple. Sometimes I use vinegar as a dressing.Dinner Usually I have some sort of vegetable stir fry I make from canned veggies and tofu. I'm a vegetarian I weigh 109 and am 5 foot 7. People have always said I am a bit pale. I used to not see it, but lately even I've noticed. I also sometimes feel sort of " woozy" after I work out, and after practice. Could it be my diet? Or could it be because I'm pregnant?I think I may be pregnant, because I didn't use a condom with my boyfriend a couple months ago, and haven't had a period since. I'm not sure, though. My Dad is pharmacist at the only drug store within walking distance, so I'm afraid to buy a pregnancy test.I've also been having a lot of trouble building muscle. Someone at school offered me steroids. Would they help? What about creatine?Oh, I forgot to add. I try to stick to 1000 to 1200 calories a day. I'm 16, if that matters.
